Online Payments

You can submit online payments easily through our website! Please include your name, date of birth, and account ID listed on your statement in the description box when processing your payment. We try to make payment as convenient as possible and accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. As of January 1st, 2023, we will begin charging a 3% processing fee on all card transactions. 
Payment plans are available through CareCredit (subject to approval, in-office setup).
